Outlook Tasks is a feature of MS Outlook that helps you create tasks in the Outlook application with an assigned date and keep track of them. It also allows you to directly create a task out of an email by dragging the email and dropping it in the task area, making the overall workflow easier and simpler.

MS Power Automate

MS Power Automate (previously known as MS Flow) can be utilized to automate repetitive tasks. Project Managers can automate day-to-day tasks, for example, to check if all the team members have posted their work status. The tool leverages AI capabilities to help create automated workflows.

It is a free application and can be used across phones and the web.

SharePoint allows you to build team sites for your project to keep track of tasks and collaborate on them. The best part about these sites is that you can integrate them with MS Project Professional and also utilize them in your MS Teams workspace.
