Why we exist.
After more than 15 years as a SharePoint specialist François Souyri founded 365coach in 2019 as a solution to customers’ demands.
Once a project was implemented by Paperblade development team, customers wanted follow-ups by architect, developer or trainer on a ad-hoc basis. 365coach now offer domain experts digital coaches, programmers, public speakers and trainers without tying anyone to a long term engagement.
The vision.
We are building a community of curious technophiles and experts digital coaches who can cover multiple disciplines and time-zones. Our aim is to be truly 365 a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to help each other with knowledge.
Our Founder
If you landed on this site by typing its address directly without relying on a search engine, chances are that you know me François Souyri, its founder, Nonetheless, I'll provide a brief history of our existence.
I began working on SharePoint sites in 2004 and quickly realized its potential. However, it still had a lot of room for improvement. Just like you, I found it to be clunky at times 😕, and I was almost ready to give up on it. But every time I was about to do so, it pleasantly surprised me with a new release that proved to be extremely beneficial for companies.
Eventually, I became a Speaker at a few European SharePoint Conferences, where I showcased the latest and greatest features that I recommended to my clients. During this time, I realized that there was a lack of personal interaction between the experts and the end users. Most experts were difficult to reach and charged high daily rates. To address this, I created 365Coach as a solution to the outdated approach to training.
We provide tailored sessions that are designed to meet your specific needs, rather than following a lengthy learning curriculum assigned by your HR or IT department.
